When you send an inquiry, E13 stores the details you provide. If you accepted analytics, your earlier website activity may be connected to your inquiry so our team understands which boats interested you.
Retention
Website analytics is retained for one year. Customer records may be kept longer when needed for sales, service, warranty, or legal recordkeeping.
Sharing
E13 does not sell visitor or customer information. Access is limited to authorized employees based on their job responsibilities.
